City Walker, an app that allows you to live like locals. This app is a great way to find the best bars, restaurants, cafes, hotspots and local attractions that have been reviewed by others that have visited. Also, have some fun along the way, gain some badges and have a friendly compeition between your friends to see who visited the most places!
This project was extension of features that the client presented to us to allow users to have even more fun while using the app. The additional features were onboarding, walk me to it, restaurant check-ins, and badges. With the branding set, it was important to stay within those guidelines but still make each aspect unique.
Majority of the focus was illustrations along with an update of the UI interface. Staying within the brand guidelines, I created minimal but fun illustrations for the onboarding and the badges.
The app, City Walker is currently available for download through the App Store for iOS. Live like locals! Available in select cities such as Washington D.C, Philadelphia and New York City.
